Roxana Nemeș

A follower of naturalness, in recent years, Roxana Nemeș is an intriguing presence: delicate, but still strong, innocent, but also provocative, calm, and yet so dynamic.

We wanted to enter Roxana’s aesthetic universe, to find out the rituals she has, the interventions she can talk about and the interventions she would like in the future.

Does Roxana Nemeș have morning habits related to personal care? Apart from the coffee I make in the kettle and drink it in the early hours of the morning and the gel I drink from the age of 14 every day, since I was at the ballet, I don’t have many other habits. Aloe vera gel is pure health and cleanses my whole body. After that, I like to put on makeup, no matter what job I have that day. And that’s because it makes me feel good. It’s like waking me up. 🙂

What could Roxana Nemeș never give up, from an aesthetic point of view?

I could never give up long hair. It seems to me that any woman is much more feminine with long hair.

What were the most desired aesthetic medicine procedure / intervention that you wanted and did you manage to perform?

The only intervention I made from an aesthetic point of view, are the facets. And for that, I stayed a year until I decided. Because I want to stay as natural as I can, at least for now. Ahh and a non-invasive intervention at Dr. Pascal Dameh, who convinced me to use the Dermapen 4 device, for the scars I was left with after the Survivor experience.

What is cosmetic surgery that you would never do?

I don’t think I would ever do my lips, nose or ass. I was and am very happy with both my face and my body.

How do you think a public figure should age? To remain natural and embrace age without too many transformations or to dare aesthetic anti-aging procedures, more than anonymous people?

From my point of view, I believe that everyone has their own choice, whether or not we are public figures. It is very important for a woman to feel good in her own skin and body, regardless of age. For one thing, I would like to stay as natural as I can and help my body, of course.

Your mother is a very beautiful woman. Have you ever resorted to injectable cosmetic procedures?

Thanks! She really is! 🙂 I come from a beautiful family, without too much modesty! 🙂 Both mom and dad hold each other extraordinarily well. I think it helps that they are very active! I don’t see them getting older! 🙂 My grandfather is 91 years old and is green; she takes 10,000 steps daily. I admit that I also have a good gene. Let’s go back to my mother; nor does he want to hear about injectable cosmetic procedures. He always took care of her. Works with health and beauty products, with aloe vera. That gives the world. That’s how I grew up. In our house, he always cooked healthy; I only used these products for care. And what I learned from my mother, who is an example to me today, is to remain natural, authentic and enjoy it.

Is there a procedure in aesthetic medicine on your wish list? Injectable or surgical?

Not! As I said before, I opt for naturalness. I can’t say I’ll never do it. But for now, I am 32 years old and I am extremely happy with myself, even though I have 2 wrinkles. I lived beautifully and intensely. 🙂 Perfection bores me. I want and I like to be unique. I don’t want to look like anyone else. I’m not a fan of fashion. I take care of myself, doing sports, body treatments from time to time and massage, which relaxes me mentally (and this is very important) Everything starts from the psychic. And I drink a lot of water. That’s enough for me!

How does Roxana Nemeș define beauty at the age of 30? How does Roxana Nemeș define beauty at the age of 50?

As I said before, I like to think that every age has its beauty. That’s if you know how to enjoy it. I wanted to be 30 years old. I think I am much more mature, going through more experiences. It’s only now that I’m starting to feel like a woman. I’m finally starting to realize what it means to be wise. It’s about my mother. (And it helps you the most in life) 🙂

Definitely, we are all getting older, regardless of whether we want to stay Forever Young. But I think that as long as you are happy on the inside, you look good on the outside as well. And it’s not a cliché. As long as you keep your young soul as a child, you radiate. I think that’s the secret.

Is there enough aesthetic education among women in Romania? Or do you find it more careful and courageous to try the benefits of cosmetic medicine on women in European countries?

I think it’s a fad! I don’t think there is enough education from this point of view, especially in Romania. One is to need surgery when we are talking about a real problem; an accident or a problem from birth and another is when we end up doing so much that we no longer recognize and resemble each other, or spoil our natural beauty, in my opinion.

What would be, according to Roxana Nemeș, the advantages of aesthetic medicine?

If you choose to have some interventions, do them strictly enough to feel good and beautiful and not that it is a fashion.

Do you think that family life affects the time you spend on personal care as a woman?

Not! It is very important for a woman to allocate time for herself! Even if you have 2 or 3 children and 2 jobs besides. When you feel good, you look good.

What advice do you have for our readers?

Be you! Be authentic, natural! Even if you are not perfect! Nobody is perfect!

Be content with your choices, whether they are good or bad. We all learn. Be content with yourself!

Keep your spirit young. The soul of a child. Enjoy life!

And for women… don’t forget to be women! Be feminine, even if you are 20, 30, 50 or 60. And let men be men, even if you are independent and you manage on your own. Learn to be shelter and protected. And they like that! 🙂
